Abstract:
The fluorescence behavior of carbaryl and muscarinic phosphorus was studied. It was found that the two pesticides could produce strong fluorescence in the Britton-Robinson buffer medium of pH 3.0, but the spectra overlapped with each other, when the synchronous fluorescence scanning is carried out with the wavelength difference Δ & lambda;= 60 nm, their synchronous fluorescence spectra are well separated, and the synchronous fluorescence peak (expressed as the excitation wavelength) located at 280 and 322 nm, respectively, which can be used for quantitative determination at the same time. The linear ranges of carbaryl and muscarinic phosphorus were 0.016-0.384 μg · mL-1 and 0.016-0.320 μg · mL-1, respectively. The detection limits were 0.015 and 0.010 μg · mL-1, respectively. Mixed sample analysis without separation, the method is simple and rapid, for the determination of vegetables, fruits, rice and water samples, with satisfactory results.
